We love silver jewellery boxes here at Lancastrian, and this heart box may be our favourite find yet! This stunning piece is hallmarked for Birmingham in 1906.

The box is shaped like a love heart with delicate metal work and a heart in the centre of the box. The box then opens, showcasing a purple velvet interior, allowing you to store your jewellery beautifully.

It is a work of art from the Edwardian era and would make a wonderful gift or a superb jewellery box for your collection.

CONDITION
This antique silver box is in very good condition, retaining its original charm with a light patina that gracefully reflects its age. The intricate designs are exquisitely preserved, showcasing the masterful craftsmanship of the era. The box closes securely, and the velvet interior has been very well looked after, with just some light wear due to age. While the box has been well-maintained, there are some light marks on the outside, but overall, it is an excellent example of the early Edwardian era.
