This superb antique dragonfly brooch made by German designer Knoll and Pregizer is set with many clear paste gemstones encrusted on its body and green paste cabochon eyes, modelled in silver.
The combination of diamond-like paste stones and silver in the form of an insect brooch creates an eye-catching and memorable piece that can spark conversations and draw attention due to its distinct design!
Knoll and Pregizer were established in 1887 and quickly made a name for themselves by making silver and paste jewellery, employing the same construction techniques as fine jewellery. The pieces are highly collectable and rare to find!

This desirable antique paste brooch remains in great condition. The paste stones are all well-set and original, with a couple showing very slight discolouration due to age. If you require ring sizing, please get in touch. Most of our rings can be sized. This usually takes 7 days. We charge a small fee of £30 for standard sizing. Sizing of 3 sizes or more may be subject to an additional cost.

We gladly accept layaway on all items in our shop.
All pieces may be reserved with a 20% non-refundable deposit.
After the deposit is made, you then have 2-4 months to complete the outstanding balance at your own convenience without any pressure from us.
We usually ask items under £250 to be paid within 2 months and any items over £250 to be paid within 3-4 months. But this can be discussed to suit you.
If a layaway is cancelled, the deposit amount is non-refundable. You are only eligible for shop credit if a layaway item is returned.
